(16,954 posts)On MTP with Chuck Todd, Donald mentioned 3 people he would spend millions on seeking revenge via SuperPacs when they come up for reelection: Ted Cruz and John Kasich. He also mentioned an anonymous 3rd person, but he wouldn't name them because he said they were "such a small person" that he didn't want to give them publicity. I wonder if it's Bloomberg! But that would imply Bloomberg is running for something at the time. Donald likes his revenge!

(129,084 posts)There is a fugly public spat that they have going!
Bloomberg could buy out everything that Trump has bankrupted. Hell, he bought a 3rd term as mayor of the largest city in the U.S. I doubt that Trump would purposely cross Bloomberg.

The saying goes - "There are no 'permanent friends' or 'permanent enemies', just 'permanent interests'".

(129,084 posts)The news is an unexpected move from Mr. Bloomberg, who has not been a member of the Democratic Party since 2000; was elected the mayor of New York City as a Republican; and later became an independent.
But it reflects Mr. Bloombergs increasing dismay about the rise of Donald J. Trump and a determination to see that the Republican nominee is defeated.
