Who, besides Tim Kaine, are the 20 Americans who have served as mayor, governor, and senator?

I can't find a list anywhere. I think it's a fascinating bit of trivia.

I know of Andrew Johnson, George Voinivich, and Mike Johanns.

As far as I can tell, Andrew Johnson is the only American to serve as mayor, governor, senator, vice president, and president.
