The ruling states that the voter id law has a discriminatory effect, but doesn't intentionally discriminate. I call bullshit on that convoluted ruling.

It seems like the 5th Circus is going to have a lower court rule on letting people vote who can't get picture ID without jumping through massive hoops, such as signing an affidavit.

I want to bottle the tears of Edith Jones and Priscilla Owen reflected in these dissents
