1. Yes, this is an angle I have not heard much

Even without this admission that Melania "admires" Michelle Obama. Just the fact that, of all the people and speeches she could have lifted from, she chose the First Lady's words. The very First Lady that Republicans have been ridiculing along with her husband for years.

I was reading some blog entry or tweet from a Republican RNC going blogger (don't have the link now) who at the moment was saying how inspirational her words were. I'm sure many others there were feeling that way. It is quite hilarious in a disturbing way to think of how they will be processing all this.

I recommend dropping "haters" from the language. Demonization to hate is so easy.

And "haters" so limits your pool: To find out what "haters" think about Melania liking Michelle, you'd have to hang out only with "haters." That's no fun.
