Please. Take a moment away from the MSM

Visit the sick and elderly. If your afflicted relatives aren't close enough to see, go to a nearby nursing home to visit other lone souls. Your presence means so much.

That's what I'm doing today.

She's 92, retired from the theatre world...she tells the greatest stories.

Today we're rehanging some of the art around her apt.

The experience of spending time with her has reignited in me the value of living fully engaged in the moment.

At this moment my mother and I are sitting outside her nursing hme and watching mares tails travel across the bright blue sky. There's a breeze too. All is well.
