4. From what I understand...

(and this is such a clusterfuck that I understand very little but) I think they rules they adopted say that only the top two candidates can receive delegate votes. So Colorado's Cruz votes went to Cruz, but Kasich/Rubio are eliminated and their votes are folded into Trump's.
