(24,437 posts)It's looking more and more like it is actually going to be next year before we get a new SCOTUS Justice- and then maybe, if they hold the Senate and Hillary is elected POTUS, they will go ahead and declare her a "lame duck" and try to wait until the American people have "spoken" in 2020 before they'll let Scalia (and any other newly dead or retired Justices) be replaced.
