If there is truly justice in this world, Jerry Sandusky should never leave prison. I'm shook to the

bone listening to portions of the testimony from these children (through the news person who was in the court room who was also very shaken). They have only hit on the surface stuff, this goes right up the line to Corbett and their callous and cavalier attitude toward the horrid actions of this pedophile. Tweety and Smerconish, both Pennsylvania guys, are going to really delve into this. The female news person said she saw the one boy walk in the courtroom with head down and shoulders hunched. He was just a little guy, so vulnerable, she just wanted to hug him. She said she became teary, and as she told her story I did also.

This man needs to be put away forever and those who covered up for him should receive some harsh punishment.

He's going to be convicted. It's just a matter of getting through the trial and listening to his bullshit.

if the prosecution does its job and wins a conviction Sandusky, no young man by any measure, should spend the rest of his life in a tiny cell. That will give him time to reflect on the lives he maimed and, perhaps, destroyed.

My expectation is that he will fall victim of prison violence and be killed. Look at Jeffrey Dahmer and others. We are not able to protect our prison population from one another. A reputation as a "pervert" that abuses young boys/men is likely to win him no favors with the general population.

I don't condone this but I suspect this may well be his ultimate fate.

"We are not able to protect our prison population from one another."

We chose not to protect our prison population from each other. It is a decision the state makes.

Dahmer, I think, had less control over his actions. Sandusky covered his ass and seemed to take personally being in trouble. He is all about him and will not sit and think about his crimes and regret them.
I do have a problem with rapists and violent felons killing others for what they perceive to be inexcusable acts. I am against the death penalty, but wish them all to be carried off into oblivion sooner rather than later.

And agreeing that Sandusky needs to be locked up.

If he gets acquitted it will be the end of the Penn State football program. They will never be able to move forward and will be seen as the program that protected a child molester. JoePa has been stained past repair, an acquittal will tarnish the program for years.

The best thing they can do is to have a victims fund created and donate all gate profits for at least three years to abuse victims.

acquittal or conviction has nothing to do with Penn State, really.

He was PA Attorney General at the time and (IMO) was too busy chasing down democratic politicians in Harrisburg, while trying to make a name for himself.

Putting him in a protective custody cell isn't justice. What he did is nothing less than torture. Torture of the most heinous sort against the most vulnerable people. If there is a worse crime than child torture/rape I don't know what it would be.

Justice would be sending this subhuman to Uzbekistan for a long, slow dip.

I think his charity was a front and that these boys were farmed out and used by some very high ups. I also think that "Donations" may have been the way that payment was made. The charity, I believe has since closed up shop.

Of course, It's just my thinking and no one will ever really investigate deep enough to ever know.
