Two Men Fall Down Cliff While Playing 'Pokemon Go'

I'm really starting to believe that "survival of the fittest" even applies to the modern World and evolving technology around humans.

Two men fell off a cliff Wednesday in San Diego's North County while playing "Pokemon Go," the Encinitas Fire Department confirmed.

San Diego Lifeguards reported that someone had fallen off a cliff at E Street around 1:12 p.m. When the Encinitas Fire Department arrived, they found a man around 80 to 90 feet down the cliff, on the beach.

Crews found a second man who was unconscious about 50 feet down the cliff.

Its not like Little League Lite T-ball, where you get a trophy for showing up, a swing and a miss. "Great miss, kid."

That's what's wrong with the young'uns today. They want everything handed to them.

Why, when Ol' Hoppy was a 'ute, he never won trophies for nothing. They didn't just give 'em out.

He slammed right into me not watching where he was going. Just said sorry and kept going. I think someone will also get hit by a car crossing the street.

I don't know how much work is getting done, but a ton of staff and graduate students are busy playing this silly game on campus.

Sounds almost as bad as the three kids who fell into a crevasse and died while playing Hide-n-Seek in the 1940's.

Damned evolving technology.

because he was walking while tuning his transistor radio. Still has a scar on his face.

Shhh. Let's pretend no one ever got hurt or killed because they were walking around oblivious before this game came out.

The percentage of players of this silly game who have got hurt is very, very small.

and it isn't just kids! An older woman and her middle aged daughter nearly tumbled down a steep slope down onto the railroad track that borders the trail and the kids on the bikes?

Don't get me started.

I mean, the Arlington National Cemetery and the Holocaust Museum have had to ask people not to play the game there. People have also reported their homes being used as Pokemon gyms or whatever you call it. People hanging around at all hours, dropping by for a minute or two (not suspicious at all).

There needs to be a way for the company to remove these areas from the list, but also, players need to have some common fucking decency. I mean, what is wrong with these idiots who think it's okay to go onto private property or some solemn location and play this stupid game?

Not to mention the sheer idiocy of not paying attention to where you are going. That could get dangerous in a hurry.

1 in the morning, phones in hand. Dave went out the backdoor and told them he was calling the cops and they said "it's ok it is just pokemon". No it isn't alright, in fact in this state it is pretty dangerous, Dave could have had a gun and shot first in "self defense". Lord knows there are a lot of armed crazy people here.

I did see somewhere on Reddit that there is a list you can get on to remove your home or business.
