Emry was arrested in John Day in early May after FBI agents found the machine gun - identified by agents as an M2 Browning -- in a travel trailer serving as his home. He faces charges of possession of a machine gun not registered to him, and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number ...

He told FBI agents that he had traveled from Idaho to Oregon in December 2015 in a van loaned to him by Ammon Bundy, one of the leaders in the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Lichvarchik wrote.
