U.S. Supreme Court Refuses To Hears ‘Birthers’ Case

You’re fired, Donald Trump! No go, Sheriff Joe! Even as conservative as the U.S. Supreme is at this time, they still rejected, without comment, to hear an appeal challenging the birth certificate and eligibility to serve of President Barack Obama. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court had ruled that the challengers, Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson, did not have legal standing to file the suit.

The Birthers…Sorry, Donald! The ‘Place of Birth Movement’ chalks up another tough loss on the old scoreboard. For those of you keeping score at home that’s 0 wins in court. While they tell the story of a ‘movement’ that has never been taken seriously inside a courtroom, or by anyone with more than one functioning synapse, it also tells the story of a group that’s just too dumb to know when it’s beaten.
