he said, basically, after all the stuff that's come down, who's going to notice, or, if they do, give a rat's ass? that's a big part of the problem. doncon has set the bar so high for the outrage threshold that people just shrug him off.
what really scares the living digestive tract out of me though, is the potential for another massive protest uprising, of the sort that lost the election for Humphrey in 68. ALL protests, of any sort, by ANYBODY will only help the fascists, because the simpering masses quiver in fear at the sign of the slightest unrest.
