Anyone familiar with Pageplus, nationwide prepair cellular? I got an ad in the mail from them,

as I believe all the residents in my apartment did.

You can get Talk n Text for $30.00/month. Other plans too.

Sounds better than the $58 and change I'm paying Verizon.

straight talk has a 30.00 plan with 1000 text, 1000 talk min and a small amount of internet.
or for 45.00 unlimited talk, text, net.

No contract and you can switch each month beween the two options. Can also start with free phone if purchased from site with a plan.

However, getting assistance is all foreign and hard to communicate with them.

The thing we like is if you get close to running out of minutes Consumer Cellular will text you an alert. Then you can "sign up" for the next highest number of minutes. And if you don't want to keep that plan, you just move back down to the lower number of minutes for the next month.

We don't use a lot of minutes, but sometimes you have those months when things need to get done by phone.
