Here is my question to America...
Your 4 year old finds your gun, he or she shoots her 2 year old brother in the head. The 2 year old dies....the parents are not tried criminally,prosecuted nor reprimanded. There isn't even a whisper of gross or mild negligence. 
But Hilary having a email server is ' gross negligence" and she should be prosecuted????
