There's a difference between lying and answering to the best of your ability

Not having the investigative experts and technical resources of the FBI, Hillary answered to the best of her ability.

And if, after a thorough FBI investigation by technical experts and with technology able to retrieve lost emails and transmissions, they found information that contradicts some things of Hillary's testimony, that doesn't mean she knowingly lied.

Obviously, she couldn't do the same investigation as the FBI so it's perfectly normal that the FBI would find things, under a professional investigation, that Hillary and her team might not be able to access or retrieve to even know about.
