(24,692 posts)Since the Tories don't have to call an election, I expect they will simply appoint the new prime minister. Brexit will proceed under Conservative leadership. All the Conservative candidates are deeply flawed. I feel for the UK.

We're probably stuck with the Tories for the next nine years. I'm not looking forwards to it.
