Am I truly missing something? If none of the emails were classified....

then what law was broken? I don't get it.

The State Dept just reported that none were classified.

I send non-classified emails everyday--- am I breaking the law?

that's why there is no indictment. Comey is an asshole who decided to editorialize because he was pissed that he couldn't make something stick.

The RW is going to keep using the bogus comparison to Petraeus, Manning and Snowden as though they are exactly the same thing.

FBI kept honking on those 2 because thats all they had. They often only have bogus or questionable evidence in these type of cases.

His job as a political operative is to add spice to the word salad of wrongdoing he is tasked with creating and perpetuating.

Not punishable in a court of law.

She and her husband have been under scrutiny for 25+ years. So you cross all the T's and dot all the I's when you do something.

Setting up a private email server was stupid and cost the tax payers how much to check on?

a 25 mph speed limit city wide. Previous to that being instituted, I commonly drove 40 mph. Should I get a ticket? This is the same thing.

They did cross all the ts and dot all the i's. She had DOJ security people reviewing what she was doing. They said it was fine.
