In one of the reddest of reddest states I got in a conversation with a conservative in a bar today.

and think I may have made headway on a few things. He seemed to think when I suggested that crazies and terrorists shouldn't have access to guns and there might be a way to help those ideas along with things like liability and checking the fucking no fly list...

Plus, I seemed to convince him that all liberals weren't out to take everything he owned and sacrifice it to Bal in a bonfire over the remains of his mother.

Seriously, though, it's little conversations like this that make a real difference, good job. Sometimes you can get a person off of square one and give their brain a little jump start. No telling what might happen.
