TSA - ratio of cost-vs-success ?

So what is the latest figure, something like eleventy squillion dollars per actual terrorist thwarted? I mean, all that wasted time/effort HAS to be costing something.

Truly. Even if it the true answer is zero, the actual number falls somewhere between 0% and 100%. It cannot be known with mind-reading.
