George Bush says world is better off without Saddam Hussein in power

http://www.theguardian.com/politics/live/2016/jul/06/chilcot-report-live-inquiry-war-iraq

George W Bush, the former American president, has defended the decision to invade Iraq following the publication of today’s report. A spokesman for Bush said:

President Bush is hosting wounded warriors at his ranch today and has not had the chance to read the Chilcot report. Despite the intelligence failures and other mistakes he has acknowledged previously, President Bush continues to believe the whole world is better off without Saddam Hussein in power. He is deeply grateful for the service and sacrifice of American and coalition forces in the war on terror. And there was no stronger ally than the United Kingdom under the leadership of Prime Minister Tony Blair. President Bush believes we must now find the unity and resolve to stay on the offensive and defeat radical extremism wherever it exists.

Lying sociopath. The blood of Americans, Brits, and Iraqis is on your hands. May you rot in hell, if it exists.

"Well, let me tell you straight up: I've never changed my mind about Iraq. I do believe Saddam Hussein was a threat. I always believed he was a threat. Believed it in 1998 when Clinton was president. I wanted to give Clinton the power to use force if necessary.

But I would have used that force wisely, I would have used that authority wisely, not rushed to war without a plan to win the peace. "

killed, maimed, displaced or are just plain missing? Bush was just a sock puppet,Dick Cheney ran the show from his undisclosed location. Saddam was taken out to eliminate 6 million barrels of Oil coming to market daily. Exon and Total Oil wanted to control the Oil Reserves of Iraq for decades, and another little diddy,Saddam wanted payment for his Oil in any currency other than Dollars. Amazing how the so called independent Media jointed the Neo-cons to fool two Nations into this disaster.

The means of toppling Saddam basically set off a downward spiral for a whole region of the world. The lives of countless people are vastly worse off today then when Saddam was in power. That's some statement to how horrible Bush was/is and the Iraq war will never be justifiable except in the recesses of his warped mind. Worse than the lie used to start the war, Bush had no idea how to organize the peace after his war.

Bush is a war criminal. He just is.

Before so many were killed by us and before they were surrounded by violence and terrorists, there were dangers. But Iraqi people I have talked with told me that they felt much more secure in Iraq before we demolished their country.

I wonder why he never leaves the United States to travel abroad and give his opinions of his disastrous presidency.
