Dad found him funny and "not bitter." It was Sentelle's portrait hanging here in Charlotte. Dad's a low-level federal judge and knows Sentelle personally. Jesus Christ.

Hope it helps you to know that we all have one or more of them in our families. I've mastered the art of the Frozen Smile when I have to listen to them spew their nonsense but am not quite ready to sever the relationship - a given consequence should I try to argue with them. Then I go vomit in private and purge the bullshit from my head.
