(99 posts)First it was Iran, then Russia, then China, now Syria. It is amazing to me that someone who seems so spineless that he has to say what ever he feels he has to, that his first response to all international situations is a war posture. That is of course as as long as it is anyone but his family and friends children. It is a fairly scary prospect that this is the person so much of this nation thinks might make a good President. We won't be able to provide any social programs since all our money will be spent making a war machine.
It shouldn't be long before the rest of the world will turn on us as they did on Germany in the 40's.

(23,730 posts)No, I think it would be more of the boots on the ground type of engagement. Then in the lull times between the wars, we can totally not afford to take care of those freeloading hurt people, they served their purpose and we need to give the money they would cost us to those "Job Creators".
