So I'm taking a Sociology class this summer, and . . .

Thursday I lent my instructor my "Roger & Me" DVD. She'd heard of Michael Moore, but she'd never seen this. I didn't really tell her anything about it. I can't wait to see what she thinks of it -- especially the "rabbit lady!" Do you think maybe I should have warned her about that?

Nah. If she's that sheltered, let her be surprised. Warpy Jun 2012 #1
Kind of odd that a sociology instructor (even with only a MA) wouldn't have seen Roger & Me. aikoaiko Jun 2012 #2

I thought sociology looked like a lot of scribbling was involved, so I read the book and tested out. The CLEP exam was about 75% Marx. I sailed through and probably got an addendum to my growing FBI file.

I do hope she's not from some bible school and gets her drawers in a twist over Moore's take on things.

But I guess it is hard to see it all or take it all in.

I was always surprised that there was shock or outrage at the rabbit lady. People have to eat and rabbit tastes mighty fine.
