1. So if we make terrorists attack a catch all description for all mass shootings, which would involve

routine gang shootings, then what do we call attacks that are part of the international terror movement?

I would like a term that differentiates between a common Chicago mass shooting, and the mass shooting by radical Islam in San Bernardino which was part of an international terror act against us as a nation and a people.

Branch Davidians didn't attack anyone, i don't know how you call them a terror attack.

But that is all off of my major point, if all mass shootings (4 or more victims?) are called terrorist attacks, what are we going to call what we want to recognize as terror attacks?

I want to see a gang shooting in Chicago reported as crime news, while I want to know about terror acts that are part of an ongoing international terror war directed at our nation and that are intertwined with international law, foreign policy, national defense, the CIA and the military, and foreign governments and organizations, and spying, and war like concerns, etc, etc, etc.
