http://www.thepoliticalinsider.com/breaking-hope-depot-founder-made-massive-trump-announcement/After winning the GOP nomination for President, there have been concerns that major Republican donors wouldnt be supportive of conservative businessman Donald J. Trump.
But now, the founder of Home Depot Bernie Marcus, a major donor to former candidate Jeb Bush, made a huge announcement: Hes ready to do whatever it takes to stop Hillary Clinton!
Marcus wrote a piece for RealClearPolitics endorsing Trump, and slamming President Obamas Democrat party for anti-business policies that have hurt Americas economy.
This is incredible:
As a backer of former Republican presidential candidates, I now stand in support of Donald J. Trump because the fate of this nation depends upon sending him, and not Hillary Clinton, to the White House.
I know Donald Trump, but were not close friends. However, I believe he will begin on Day One undoing the damage done by President Barack Obama. I stand ready to help him at every turn.
What is the top reason why hes supporting Trump for President? The Supreme Court, which is about to be changed for an entire generation:
Like many, I am deeply concerned about the US Supreme Court. When Trump recently released his list of potential appointees, I grew confident in his resolve to keep our court balanced. Even more important: Clinton will push the court leftward for generations. She must be stopped.

Fine. My message to Marcus: not another one of my dollars will grace the doors of a Home Depot.

(16,192 posts)I've already cut my shopping to a minimum there and I am a small contractor. I had almost quit going there at all because it's like a third world country with no one knowing what is what and where. I know the rank and file aren't at fault here.
Once upon a time I had friends that worked there. As they got close to retirement and collecting whatever pension they had coming, they got bounced around shiftwize and pushed around to where many wanted to quit. But they hung in and left on the first available day they wouldn't lose benefits accrued.
Lowe's is the only other store that carries stock so I do go there.
What else is a guy to do?
