In politics, big money drowns out common man (OP)

Just last weekend, the Sentinel highlighted a fight where a single software company (one trying to kill a specific bill) dumped millions of dollars into accounts controlled by state leaders.

We're talking $600,000 for House Speaker Dean Cannon.

Another $400,000 for Senate President Mike Haridopolos.

A solid $1 million for Gov. Rick Scott.
