The fact that he created a fake publicist to speak to the media was admittedly odd, but perhaps in and of itself could be excused if used for "Undercover Boss" introspective purposes.

However, that's not what Trump used "John Miller" for. Trump used John Miller for the purpose of spreading gossip about himself and famous female celebrities. And that's just screaming Narcississtic Personality Disorder, through a bullhorn, hooked up to an amplifier.
