Far Right, meet Regressive Left: White Nationalist Trump supporter wants appeasement of Iran, Russia

While doing some research I came across this guy, Matthew Heimbach, who the SPLC has pegged as the new leader of White Nationalists in the US. He's also one of the thugs who roughed up an African American woman at a Trump rally.

Surprise--he is fond of what Putin is doing and thinks the US is being too hard on Iran & Russia.

It just struck me with how, without really trying, I was able to find this far right White Supremacist who sounds a lot like the fake or regressive left on DU--supporting or defending Russian fascism, giving a break or ignoring the Iranian theocracy's policy because, since both governments are in opposition to the USA, the regressive left sees them as somehow the good guys.

1. The far-right in Europe gets along with Vlad just fine. And vice versa. There's no reason why

our own far-right (headed by Trump, of course) should not do the same. Sad but true.

Authoritarian father figures are kind of a thing on the right. A few on the left share that.
