Trump: Immigrants will commit new 9/11’s using ‘cell phones with ISIS flags on them’

Speaking on the National Border Patrol Council’s Green Line radio show, presumptive GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump warned that the country is in grave danger of another terrorist attack due to recent immigrants who have “cell phones with ISIS flags on them,” reports Buzzfeed.

Trump. who has wavered on banning all Muslims from the country depending upon which reporter he is talking to, said it was time to “wake up about border security.”

Trump called Hillary Clinton a “disaster,” saying, “She wants the Syrians to pour into the country, we don’t know if they’re Syrians by the way… A lot of these people don’t have any documents,” before pointing to recent difficulties in Germany.

The businessman did make a pitch to build a “safe zone” in the Middle East for Syrian refugees, saying he would “get the Gulf States to pay for it.”

As for the U.S., Trump claimed, “There will be attacks that you wouldn’t believe. There will be attacks by the people that are right now that are coming into our country.”

Reckless or irresponsible, or both? Can we please get some journalists to ask Trump some direct questions about his demented statements? This isn't funny, it isn't just Trump being Trump, or any other excuse. This is a major party's nominee for president who's popping off like this, and some people are so ignorant they take him seriously. Nothing good comes of it.

I could be wrong, but I firmly believe Trump has a very low chance of winning this fall.

But if Democrats do not come to grips with the danger of radical Islam, the Republicans could very well morph into nationalist movements like UKIP or Pegida. With worse than Trump.

And things like that can happen: the far right just gained 30% of the vote in Austria, at the expense of the social democrats who were in denial about the refugee crisis.
