Double jeopardy likely will prevent reprosecution of those who appear in His Honor's photo collection. But what about the judge himself? Will he get even a slap on the wrist?

In the elections now, the judicial positions are "non-partisan" meaning they will not disclose what party they belong to and they are elected in the primary elections. I found out about him because one of the old sites said "leans Democratic".

So he will have a deep conservation with his pastor, and God will forgive him. Maybe he'll even attend a couple sex addict counseling sesssions, and come out reformed.

And he will be let off lightly because he is a pillar of the community, who has served his country for almost his entire life.
