"Look Who's Back" about Hitler coming back to life in the modern age--it's a bit offensive, on some levels, but good satire will do that. It's based on a book (which I've yet to read).

Hindenburg and the rest of the political establishment picked Hitler for Chancellor in the hopes of 1. him becoming less partisan and radical once he realizes he has responsibility now, 2. him being inexperienced in day-to-day politics and they would be able to tone his radical ideas down.

Hitler was a partisan radical.
Hitler had no experience with politics except whipping up the masses with captivating speeches.
Hitler detested the democratic principle of solving problems with endless and frustrating negotiations.
Hitler believed in the conspiracy-theory that the economic crisis of the 1920s had been manufactured by an international banking-conspiracy headed by the Jews to break Germany.

Trump is narcisstic and partisan.
Trump has no experience with politics.
Trump thinks that the US can simply renegotiate or not negotiate at all if it doesn't get 100%.
Trump retweets every bullshit conspiracy-theory he finds on the Internet.
