NC To Defy Federal Government Over LGBT/Transgender Law. More Red States Go Rogue.

Despite the fact the NC law violates the Civil Right Act they plan to enforce their law anyway. Even though NC is likely to lose federal funds they will continue to go rogue.

Mississippi is another state that has gone rogue and also portends the possibility that more red states run by Republicans will dos defy federal authority. The religious right and GOP states do not believe they should follow federal laws they do not like.

The GOP does not believe in federal authority over the states. That is why they are so obstructionist nationally. They are extorting the country saying, "If you don't elect us, nothing will get done.". The GOP will never cooperate when it comes to actually governing anything.
