Where is going to get a billion dollars?. He won't have PACs support. Gonna take a billion dollars and I don't see him laying out that kind of bread. Not without a payoff. Not onnwhat he knows will be a losing cause.
And what about him having to divest? Selling his companies, divesting his interests etc that are required when taking office. Seems to me that was the trip- up for him in 2008 when he ran the first time.
