What's going on? There are tons of other posters on this site eligible for jury duty. Why would the admins program their software to allow someone to vote twice in ten minutes?!

Because the person is tombstoned or the post is deleted. Those don't count.

Usually one in the morning and one in the evening. I think I did 3 a few days ago. I rarely opt out unless it's the gun group or Israel/Palestine.

I probably get invitations to serve that I see outside of those time frames the system just moves on. I never get any notice that I wasn't avaialbe. But I try to judge well on these posts. More and more I find they are not bad at all, but yes it can be a drag sometimes...
