Here's his foreign policy speech is full. If you jump to 40 minutes in or so you can see just how terrible he is. Even his hand motions, those reflecting those movements on his impromptu speeches, seem like a pale reflection.

Imagine when he tries to get more precise with policy when running against Hillary!

Yes, this was a pretty terrible speech, even if you only talk about the policy substance of the speech. There really were a number of contradictions throughout the speech. Donald Trump seemed like he had not spent much time learning about America and foreign policy.
