out Thursday. They got it all, no chemo, no radiation! I was sweating bullets reading about how aggressive it is. My mom just had to explain to me why my Aunt always wears long sleeves, they cut up her arm pretty bad. Sure made me feel better to hear that!

When I think about all of the non-cancer surviving corrupt assholes in Texas that keep pot illegal when it helps people on chemo and radiation three ways I see red! It helps with pain, but also with nausea and appetite. I was worried about the treatment more than actually having it. Go figure.

Glad you got the good news and your post may help someone see the doctor they have been putting off or do a self exam.

I don't mean like those vaporizers like e-cigs. (Those would work too...but if you're not willing to smoke, I doubt you're going to consider "fake" smoking either.)

There are units you can buy that put out THC-laced steam that can either be inhaled directly (like through a nebulizer mask) or used to fill a confined space. Gets the rapid uptake of smoking without the lung damage or the acrid smoke. I knew someone that had one for MMJ for anti-nausea from their chemo meds for lung cancer. They use essential oils rather than marijuana.

In theory, I guess anybody with the basic science and engineering knowledge could make such a device, assuming they had access to the marijuana oil or a suitable tincture.

long if you have somewhere to go or something to do. Then there is the vaporizing method where you inhale cool vapors, not smoke. I don't remember what they said on how it works, but I am sure there are many here that can give you all of the info you need.

I've been there...not first-hand, but second-hand...my stepfather has a standing 3 month appointment with the dermatologist because he's super pale (He's Irish and one of his sisters was seemingly an albino. She didn't have the white hair or pink eyes but her melanin level in her skin was non-existent. That's not what killed her...she had a heart attack during surgery and died when they took her off bypass after attempting to stem the damage) and catches melanomas like some people catch a cold.

Thus far, we've had good luck....he hasn't needed chemo, but every time he goes, they find something to cut off him and about half the time they end up doing more cutting post-biopsy. His shoulders and back are starting to look like a jigsaw puzzle with pieces missing.

Congrats on the clean bill of health...and invest in good sunscreen and decent UV-protective clothes if you're going to be spending a lot of time outside.

Happy to hear it's not cancer.

I went through testing for a lump on one of my testicles just weeks ago. Was terrified that it would come back as cancer.

Turns out it was a cyst. Went away with heavy doses of antibiotics. What a weight lifted.
