1. It is all tax avoidance whoever does it. Why do you think Trump doing it changes anything?

Is this part of the "You have to vote for Hillary - she's the lesser of two evils" strategy? Trump doing it just makes what Hillary and Bill are doing look even more shady. Anything Trump does you have to look at with an incredible amount of dubiousness regarding the ethics.

2. How? Whether Incorporated in Deleware or New York the LLC Income "flowed through"

to the Clinton's personal income tax returns as proven by the Schedule B on all tax returns during existence of their LLCs. I don't know how the Trump Companies were set up but we know the facts with the Clinton LLCs which were set up as "flow through" LLCs

3. Income might not flow all the way through

There are lots of ways the money coming into an LLC can do other than flowing back out of the LLC. There are various tax avoidance techniques whereby money put in pauses in the LLC or nearby. If it just flowed out, there would be less reason for having the LLC.
