So a moose walks onto a playground......

(CBC News) Two moose spent a few hours on the loose in the city of Brandon on Wednesday.

They wandered into the western Manitoba city sometime in the early morning hours and eventually strolled into a school playground where animal control officers were able to corral them.

Brandon police closed off some roads in the area as animal control officers and members of Manitoba Conservation cautiously went to work.

It took a couple of hours to get close enough to tranquilize the pair and finally bring them down. ....................(more)

...When you hit them with a ford pickup, they demolish the truck and then look at you like you're a moron.

"Like, really truck guy? Can't you see I'm walkin' here?"

3. My friend hit a moose ....

The problem is when you hit one, especially in a small car, you take out their legs
and the rest of the moose's body comes crashing down on the car rooftop.

That is what happened to her.... and her neck was broken.
Now she lives in a wheel chair and has to have 24 hour care for the rest of her life
as she is now quadraplegic. VERY sad story.
