Lawsuit Filed Over White Supremacist Getting Guns

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - The husband of one of the three people killed by a white supremacist at two Jewish sites in suburban Kansas City is suing over the sale of the shotguns used in the April 2014 attack.

Miller was a felon and prohibited from purchasing guns. The lawsuit says Miller used two weapons that were purchased by a friend at a gun show and a Walmart.

1. So in other words he didn't buy any guns..

.....his friend did and then illegally gave/sold them to him. How could a gun store stop that?

suing the friend that bought the guns and criminally gave/loaned/sold them to the perpetrator wouldn't put much money into the shyster's pockets.
