The parable of the Asclepias turberosa (Orange Butterfly Weed)

As I was working on a job I couldn't find the last orange butterfly weed and I even looked around where I had some plants stored in my front yard. But a day later I found a very smashed Asclepias where my truck had run it over and it looked very much dead. The leaves were crisp, the plant was and dry but I potted it up and put it my front window. In just 3 days it started to show signs of life. So the point of this story is that even though you might feel bad right now but at least you didn't get run over by a truck.

I've seen all kinds of butterflies on it, and many kinds of bees as well. Cool plants.
