he said he worked to lose the weight so I guess it is good, but it was shocking the way he looked

I was worried until I read an article in which he explained in detail what his diet consisted of. 900 calories a day.

Breakfast: Three slices of wheat toast (about 300 calories / 15g of protein) and a Doctor Earth green juice from Juice Press (180 calories / 2g of protein)

Lunch: A salad containing lettuce, tomato, onion, a chopped hard-boiled egg, and balsamic vinaigrette (about 240 calories / 6g of protein, depending on serving size) and a banana (about 100 calories and 1g of protein)

Dinner: Another green juice

And he has a young gf, so he's looking a little tired, too.

He's in his sixties, he was fat most of his life, he got healthy in his later years, and that new leanness doesn't always look so good on a formerly fat frame.

Hey, old man, young girlfriend...it's a tough choice.

He could probably look a lot more relaxed if he was getting ten hours sleep every night...but I doubt a young woman like that wants to play nurse maid.

He's gotta keep up, go out, hit the circuit!

It's WORK! LOL!

Penn from Penn and Teller also had a large weight loss and people thought he was dying, but he changed his diet, stopped eating crap, and was able to drop a lot of blood pressure meds, he says it saved his life.

We grow accustomed to our heroes or fans or celebrities looking a certain way, and when they make a life altering decision like weight loss we see them differently.

AL weighed 305 at one point, the strain that put on him was insane. There are articles out there about how and why he lost the weight.

To live longer and be healthy.
