http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/275691-fla-gov-releases-attack-ad-against-woman-who-called-him-an-a"You may have seen this video of a terribly rude woman at a coffee shop cursing and screaming at Gov. Scott," begins the 60-second ad titled "Latte Liberal Gets an Earful." It was produced by Scott's "Lets Get To Work" PAC.
The ad refers to a viral video that shows a woman chastising the governor for not expanding Medicaid to low-income residents, calling him an "a--hole" and "embarrassment to our state."
"Well, that woman clearly has a problem, and it turns out she's a former government official who refused to recite the pledge of allegiance and calls herself an anarchist," the ad continues.
It then focuses on one of the woman's comments in particular, in which she asks "A million jobs? Who here has a great job?" in response to Scott's defense that his administration created jobs.

TampaBay TImes says "Scott rebuts woman........" blah blah blah.
He did no such thing and he was too afraid to sit down and try to explain his asshole behavior.

(14,255 posts)I live in Florida - you would think that Debbie DINO could have come up with someone to beat Scott.
Scott, IMO, reacted so weirdly and swiftly because he has higher ambitions and this looks bad. A childish, rich, entitled fucker. People like him will be the death of us all, unless we can root them out.

(2,586 posts)And it turned off a lot of people from voting Democrat (which was the plan all along). Since he took office the cost of living has gone up, we're building homes in the fucking everglades displacing wildlife, and all these private companies have been making off like bandits (insurance companies, FPL, etc.).
This is what we have to look forward to should she beat Tim Canova.

(819 posts)No lessons can be taught, no shame can be stirred to a walking piece of human excrement as Rick Scott.

(65,616 posts)That means more people need to push his fragile little ego off a cliff! Keep it up Florida! Make her the FIRST of millions to cuss his worthless ass out in public! Make it daily and he will crack up eventually.

(344 posts)It figures--two thin skinned, insecure LOSERS who've committed fraud. I'm surprised he didn't make the claim in his video that she had blood coming out of her you-know-where!

Did Rick Scott cut health care for women? If he wants to bring up his million jobs, how many of them are flipping burgers for minimum wage?

So he's really taken the bait
Not very shrewd on Governor Scott's part
His PR people must think they can defuse, or disinfect with the truth as they see it
Which is where all the smoke is in politics

(7,813 posts)The governor of the state just attacked a private citizen. I don't care if she attacked him with a knife - he's the guy with political power and he publicly and nastily attacked one of his powerless constituents.

(613 posts)You get childish punitive personal attacks.
Rick is living proof that you should not impede a man when he wants his latte, especially a wealthy man with a PR team.
They're entitled you know.
