New York Daily News:Irma Bule sang and danced for 45 minutes after the venomous viper attacked her at a Sunday concert in the West Java village of Karawang, Indonesian news site Coconuts Jakarta reported.
The 29-year-old, who is known for using snakes in her shows though they're usually non-venomous pythons was singing her second song of the night when she stepped on one of the cobras on stage, witnesses said.
What can we learn from this...

(25,816 posts)We took a trip to a cobra farm outside of the city and I was amazed. An enclosure of about an acre was filled with
cobras, surrounded by a moat and a short wall. A guy walked out into the enclosure over a bridge and began kicking
some of the thousands of cobras out of his way. He wore sandals. There were small (two feet) concrete domes
with handles on them, and when he lifted them, there were so many snakes inside that their mass was shaped
like the dome. He would grab one and take it near the moat, so the many tourists could see him milk the venom
from their fangs. I swear I saw him get bit more than once. Apparently immune. The farm supplied anti-venom
for most of SE Asia.
