"Please don't shoot me" Then police shoot

http://usuncut.com/news/unarmed-father-shot-daniel-shaver/

Officer Philip Brailsford gunned him down with his own personal AR-15 assault rifle, which was inscribed with the phrase “You’re f***ed,” according to Tucson News.

Prosecutor Susie Charnel can be heard on the recording telling Sweet that “Mr. Montgomery, and I’m not just saying this because he’s my boss, but you know, I think he’s extending you a lot of courtesies, you know and —um— and by having you go ahead and see something this difficult— because it was difficult for us to watch and you know, we’re professionals, and we’re not related to him. That’s why it’s very important that we all understand that this can not go outside of this room media-wise. It would impact negatively on the trial.”

Sweet also said that she had not been notified of her husband’s death, but had called every hospital and police station after she hadn’t heard back from him for two days, until she finally reached the coroner’s office.

Sweet’s recording can be heard here:

with some sort of manslaughter conviction with under two years in a medium security prison.

The city will settle for high seven figures with stipulation that the video never sees the light of day.

worse than ever imagined . They are protecting and serving at taxpayers expense. The public has aright and the treatment of his spouse with no notification even though he clearly had ID at death is disgusting but that is not breaking the law and has no reference in the conviction. This is why Chicago protested against the whole police department and city officials including one who just got voted out in the primary here. That controlling call and nonchalant dismissal are part of the entire culture. Does the private gun take some responsibility off the city settlement ? You sounded more legally in the know
