Not to mention emotionally healthy enough. The man has textbook personality disorder and the IQ of a fungus gnat. Under it all, he's a think skinned, terrified coward-bully Fascist.

Don't know if his IQ matches a fungus gnat's, but he sure sticks around like one. Maybe we should pour sand on the soil beneath him and see if that helps?
