What we should learn from Wisconsin.

Money ruins everything!

There will be no stopping Republicans who now have learned they can buy any election, any place, because they have the money to do it. They have unlimited money and can buy every single TV commercial on every single channel from August to November 6th. Think about that!

Democrats are no longer our party. They will grovel in front of their Wall Street "ex-boyfriends," in the quest to keep up with the Republican uber-ultra-multi-mega-bucks. In that quest for money they will fail, and they give away all our proud Democratic Principles in the process. They do not have the spine for the job that must be done. And, you know it.

The United States of America and the Constitution that so many have fought and died for are over, unless we get the money out of politics. As Thom Hartmann says, money is not speech, it is property. Do you think your car should have as much influence in selecting the next president as you do?

But, time is short. If we don't get the money out of politics, the grand experiment of the United States of America is over and we will not be able to prevent the resurgence of the guillotines.

Tonight has been a great disappointment. But, I can not let myself believe that Americans will accept Plutocracy. I do not believe most Americans believe the Republican, tax cuts for the rich, everyone for themselves, philosophy.

This is us.
