An honest question about wage discrimination

I've lived through some of these, heard others in recent yrs ( including from a young adult male friend which took me aback).

Which of these do you agree with, if any?

Pay less to those you deem don't "really need " the money

Pay less to women because they may someday get pregnant and need time off. Doesn't matter if post menopausal either.

Pay less to married women because it's just mad money, their husbands should support them

Pay less to teens if their 1st job because even if they do the same work as a no-experience 25 yr old.

Pay less to ages >50 because they have a limited # of work years left
