The results are what they are. Wisconsin voters chose austerity and high unemployment with low wages and no benefits.

Wisconsin voters WANT McJobs.

Our entire democracy is in trouble. The election was stolen in 2000, and ever since then there's been no oversight of shenanigans in our election process. ALEC sponsors bills to make it more and more difficult to vote, and Americans have less and less faith in our elections, our government, and leaders.

No one WANTS fascism. No one VOTES for fascism.

I don't believe this.

I got mad at Rachel Maddow today, as she sat smiling as that horrible news was delivered, as if fact... I don't believe it AT ALL--but apparently EVERYONE at my beloved MSNBC just said, "Oh well!"...
I love ya, Rachel... but Jesus Christ!
America's gonna fail miserably as long as no one has the guts to speak the terrible and ever-verboten word: CHEAT.

Walker beat Barrett handily in 2010.

He beat him handily again in 2012.

Anybody who voted for Barrett in the 2012 primaries was insane by definition.

You repeated the disaster of 2010 by putting the losing candidate up against Walker yet again.

That was an insane choice.

Hell, the DNC and other national organizations were so confident going in, they didn't even think it would be necessary to send money.

A congratulations to everyone working their asses off in WI, though, and only though your exhaustive efforts did we even have a chance.

There was no reason to think Walker would lose. None. There was a bunch of pep-rally propaganda but no data that ever suggested Walker would lose.

So then when what everybody with an independent mind knew was going to happen does happen it must be fraud.

Maybe the people of Wisconsin simply did not vote the way you and I would have preferred.

article.

The system is faulty without a doubt, but the faults are not skewed to favor any particular party.

My post was in response to the OP,which said cheating had taken place,a ridiculous,juvenile,poor-loser accusation.

We lost because we were outspent 8 to 1.

There was never much of a chance. But you calling it a cheat isn't backed up by the data. Cheats are close elections and this one wasn't close. So tuck it in and accept that we lost.

Stop setting your hair on fire. Get some cojones and accept facts.

By the way, you might send a good post or two to the WI Dems who did a phenomenal job getting voters to the polls. They worked their tails off!

Go Badger Dems.
