Do you, Mister Jones?
Rubio and 97% of the climate change deniers know what's happening (anthropomorphic generated global warming), but they pretend they don't so that they can get power and more money trickling down from the Kochs and their ilk. They would say (if they introspected, which they don't) "To hell with my grandchildren!"

(1,178 posts)bad here in CA, according to a farmer I know. The early heat caused blooming, followed by torrential El Niño rains which knocked off the blossoms. I can't say that this is entirely a result of climate hange, but the severity in our weather swings certainly looks like it. Maybe the Mormons and survivalists are right and we should stockpile food and necessities.

Though I would check gov maps, go out a hundred years say. Just to make sure your stash isn't "buried" where the Pacific will be in 20 years if they are wrong.
But yeah - the climate heating is also about more extreme and unrecoverable events, closer together. That makes them destructive, no time to recover. Much stronger than we have defended against in the past. Lots of stuff that used to thrive that won't.
Good idea to have some stuff aside, do some walking and keep in shape, eh?
