A new media thing when covering Drumpf stories

Instead of playing his speeches, they use video of his speeches as backdrop as the talking head talks over the video. The result is Trump looking clownish or spastic or crazed or angry. But not looking good or presidential.

This could be my own filter when watching him with the sound off, but it seems like this could, in some small way, be a means for the media to begin the teardown of the monster they created.
